Educational material, not compliance approval

Homefront Funnels provides educational examples, templates, discussions, and operational coaching. This material is not legal, regulatory, brokerage, lending, or compliance advice and does not constitute approval to launch any campaign.

Your campaign responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving your offers, claims, targeting, creative, landing pages, forms, disclosures, follow-up, consent practices, recordkeeping, budgets, and campaign settings. Obtain review from your broker, lender, compliance department, attorney, or other qualified professional when required.

Advertising claims

Claims should be truthful, non-deceptive, fair, and supported before publication. Disclosures should be clear and positioned where consumers can understand them. Do not use a template, testimonial, result, or community example as proof for a claim you cannot independently support.

Housing, lending, and targeting

Real estate and mortgage advertising may be subject to fair housing, fair lending, credit advertising, licensing, company, platform, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Audience tools and automated delivery systems do not remove the advertiser’s responsibility to evaluate targeting and outcomes.

Consent and follow-up

You are responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required for calls, texts, email, retargeting, data collection, or sharing. You must honor applicable opt-out, do-not-call, privacy, and recordkeeping obligations.

No guaranteed results

Marketing and advertising involve risk. Homefront Funnels does not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, revenue, return on ad spend, loan volume, or any other business result. Past performance and member examples do not guarantee future outcomes.
