1. Operator and acceptance
Homefront Funnels is operated by Silver Property Ventures LLC. By creating an account, accepting the community rules, purchasing coaching, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy, Billing & Refund, and Advertising & Compliance policies. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Free community access
Signed-in users who complete a profile and accept the current community rules receive free access to the Community feed, member directory and messaging, Growth Library, live group calls, Huddles, and related resources. No payment method is required. Features, schedules, resources, and reasonable usage or safety limits may evolve.
3. Optional paid coaching
A single 45-minute Private Growth Session costs $175. Rainmaker Coaching renews at $299 monthly and includes two 45-minute private sessions each calendar month. The checkout page displays the applicable amount and billing cadence before purchase. Rainmaker Coaching may be canceled through the secure billing portal to prevent future renewals.
Payments are nonrefundable once charged except for duplicate or incorrect charges, refunds required by law, or another exception approved by Homefront Funnels.
4. Coaching sessions
Rainmaker Coaching sessions expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over. Purchased single-session credits remain available until redeemed, subject to these Terms and any legal limitations.
A session may be canceled or rescheduled without forfeiture when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Less than 24 hours’ notice, a no-show, or a late arrival is nonrefundable and does not create a replacement session. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled ending time.
5. Professional responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the licenses, registrations, disclosures, approvals, and supervision required for your work. You must independently review the advertising, lending, housing, privacy, telemarketing, and professional-conduct requirements that apply to your business, campaign, and market.
6. Community conduct
You may not harass others, send unsolicited pitches, misrepresent results, share confidential client information, infringe intellectual property, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the community to violate advertising, housing, lending, licensing, or privacy rules. These rules apply to posts, Stories, private replies, messages, Huddles, and profile content. Homefront Funnels may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
7. Stories, views, and private replies
Stories are temporary photo or video posts visible to eligible signed-in members for approximately 24 hours. An active Story may show its creator which members viewed it. Replies to another member’s Story are sent through private Messages and remain there after the Story expires, while the expired photo or video is not retained in the reply.
You may delete your own Story, report a Story, or block another member. A block limits Story visibility and replies in both directions. Stories become inaccessible to members at expiration and are scheduled for permanent deletion. When a Story is reported, Homefront Funnels may temporarily preserve a protected evidence copy for authorized staff until the safety review is closed, even if the original Story expires or is removed.
8. Educational information and results
Content and coaching are educational and operational in nature. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, brokerage, or compliance advice. Examples, templates, campaign discussions, and member results are illustrative. Homefront Funnels does not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, revenue, return on ad spend, loan volume, or any other business outcome.
9. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Homefront Funnels materials are licensed to signed-in members for their internal business use. You may adapt templates for your own business but may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute the underlying library, recordings, or community content.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on providers including Clerk, Stripe, Calendly, Google Meet, Zoom, and hosting infrastructure. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. Homefront Funnels is not responsible for a third-party service outage or a member’s separate relationship with those providers.
11. Suspension, changes, and contact
Homefront Funnels may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, payment disputes related to coaching, security threats, or legal necessity. These Terms may be updated as the service or law changes; a revised community-rules version may require renewed acceptance.
