Homefront does not charge for access to the Community feed, member messaging, Growth Library, weekly calls, or Huddles. No payment method is required to join.
Coaching charges
A single 45-minute Private Growth Session is a one-time $175 payment. Rainmaker Coaching renews at $299 monthly until canceled and includes two 45-minute sessions each calendar month. Canceling through the secure billing portal prevents the next renewal.
Paid private sessions
A coaching session may be canceled or rescheduled without forfeiture when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Single-session and recurring coaching payments are nonrefundable once charged except for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, technical billing errors, refunds required by law, or another approved exception.
Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals
Less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation and is nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable and do not receive a replacement session. Late arrivals are nonrefundable, and the session still ends at its originally scheduled time.
Rainmaker Coaching sessions
Rainmaker Coaching includes two 45-minute private sessions per calendar month. Unused sessions expire at the end of that month and do not roll over. A timely reschedule retains the applicable session; a late cancellation or no-show forfeits it.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe, the card network, and the financial institution control how quickly the credit appears. Submit billing questions with the account email, charge date, and amount to requests@dylansilver.org.
