1. Information we receive
We may receive account identity and authentication information from you and Clerk; payment, subscription, and billing status from Stripe; scheduling details from Calendly and connected conferencing or calendar providers; posts, Stories, messages, and other content you submit; Story view records, private replies, reports, and blocks; communications sent to support; and ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, record profile and community-rules completion, operate free community features, process and reconcile optional coaching payments, provide scheduling and calls, measure the path from signup to coaching without storing post or message content in analytics events, communicate service updates, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
The current service stack includes Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for private calls and optional member-to-member Huddles, Zoom for recurring community calls, and the providers used for hosting and database services. These providers process information to perform services for Homefront Funnels and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. Sharing
Homefront Funnels does not sell member personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the platform, when you direct or consent to sharing, to protect the service and its users, in connection with a business reorganization, or when required by law.
5. Community visibility
Information you post in community spaces may be visible to other members. Profile email and phone fields are initially visible only to signed-in Homefront members; you can make either field private through your profile controls. Active Stories are visible to eligible signed-in members for approximately 24 hours, and a Story creator can see which members viewed each slide. Replies to Stories become private Messages visible to their participants. The reply text remains after the Story expires, but the expired Story media is not preserved in that message.
Blocking another member prevents Story visibility and Story replies in both directions. Private messages and reported content may be accessed by authorized personnel when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse review, support, or legal compliance. Do not post confidential client information, payment data, sensitive personal information, or material you are not authorized to share.
6. Retention and security
Stories become inaccessible to members after approximately 24 hours and are scheduled for permanent deletion. A Story you report may be retained temporarily as protected evidence so authorized staff can complete the safety review; that evidence is released for deletion when the report is closed. Story view records are used to synchronize seen status and provide the creator’s viewer list.
Other information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may update eligible account and billing details through the available account tools. Requests to access, correct, or delete information, or questions about this policy, may be sent to requests@dylansilver.org. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Age and updates
Homefront Funnels is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change; the effective date will identify the current version.
